MNL48 COLE JOINS GLOBAL UNIT "QUADLIPS" FEATURING AKB48 GROUP SELECTION MEMBERS ACROSS ASIAN CITIES!
Tokyo, Japan – In a groundbreaking announcement, COLE has been confirmed as a member of "Quadlips," the first-ever global unit of AKB48 Group.
Since the formation of JKT48 in Jakarta in 2011, AKB48's overseas sister groups have expanded across various Asian cities. In light of the recent global trend in girl group expansion, select members who aspire for international breakthroughs from four cities, namely Nagoya (SKE48), Jakarta (JKT48), Bangkok (BNK48), and Manila (MNL48), have been invited to join this pioneering Asian cross-border unit, headquartered in Bangkok.
This unit is part of a new project initiated by Superball, a Japanese corporation overseeing AKB48's overseas licensing operations. Superball, with prior experience managing the joint Japanese-Korean global project "IZ*ONE," intends to engage in diverse cultural activities, primarily in Southeast Asia.

The unit's formation announcement took place on October 29, 2023, during BNK48's concert "Depart'Cher Cherprang BNK48's Graduation."
The unit will commence activities in Bangkok, Thailand, from November 2023.
A global debut is scheduled for January 2024, spanning the members' hometowns in Nagoya, Jakarta, Bangkok, Manila, and various locations in Southeast Asia.

Hinano Aomi

As a 9th generation member of SKE48, she made her debut in December 2018. She was selected as the center for the single title track for SKE48's 30th single "Zettai Inspiration" released on October 5, 2022
JKT48 FENI
Feni Fitriyanti
24 years old (Born on January 16, 1999)
As a 3rd generation member of JKT48, she joined JKT48 in March 2014 and made her debut. Feni stands out for her exceptional performance skills and cool stage presence while also having a cheerful and friendly personality. She served as a costume coordinator for JKT48's original single "Flying High" and is known as one of the most stylish members.
BNK48 FAME
Nunthapak Kittirattanaviwat
19 years old (Born on October 15, 2004)
As a 3rd generation member of BNK48, she made her debut in August 2020. In 2022, she was selected as a Senbatsu member of the BNK48 3rd generation debut single "First Rabbit."
MNL48 COLE
Ashley Nicole Tanael Somera
21 years old (Born on August 27, 2003)
As a 1.5th generation member of MNL48, she made her debut in May 2018. In April 2019, she was selected as a Senbatsu member for the first time in the single "365 Araw ng Eroplanong Papel."
